Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Carriers
We ship with a selection of carriers depending on your location and order size. Available carriers may include PostNord, DHL, UPS and others. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. For parcel shipments, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery time
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders above a certain value qualify for free shipping — the threshold is displayed in the cart.

Undelivered or returned shipments
If a shipment is not collected or is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, an administrative fee of 149 SEK (or equivalent in your local currency) will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

International shipments
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
