The Haptic Tarot

Inspired by the masterpieces of early Renaissance Flemish artist Jan van Eyck, The Haptic Tarot offers a sensorial approach to tarot where hands become the primary language of intuition and meaning. Drawing on the concept of “haptic”―our sense of touch―this deck invites readers into a tactile journey of self-discovery. With the help of AI technology, tarot expert and designer Nick Jacobs harmonizes Smith-Waite symbolism with van Eyck's Realist flair, resulting in elegant and atmospheric images reminiscent of 15th-century oil paintings. The 79-card deck includes a bonus card, The Reader, and a 60-page guidebook with empowering messages for deep reflection.
