Heartwood carries readers into a storybook world: a tiny mouse living in an old cottage deep in the forest, setting out on a journey full of curious rooms and quiet magic. Created by Stephanie Burrows with illustrations by Adam Oehlers (Three Trees Tarot), the deck has a gentle, nostalgic charm reminiscent of beloved childhood tales.

Following the Rider-Waite-Smith structure, this 78-card deck (plus two protective blank cards) reimagines each suit through mood and atmosphere rather than fixed animal or elemental symbols — the Cups suit, for example, wanders from teacups to bowls, platters, and bottles. Printed on eco-friendly FSC-certified paper with a matte anti-scuff laminate, the deck comes in a warm orange tuck box with copper letterpress detailing, plus a numbered Certificate of Authenticity and digital PDF guidebook.
