Tarot Pantheon

Experience the tarot as a living cosmic mythology with the Tarot Pantheon. Rather than abstract and cryptic symbols, creator Pete Jordi Wood captures the essence of each card using characters from Greek mythology, combining astrology and archetypes. As the cards fall on the table, a mythic story unfolds: a tale of encounters with gods, heroes, monsters, and spirits of classical stories. Tarot Pantheon is a versatile tool for tarot readers, astrologers, and storytellers. From working the cards in traditional spreads to arranging them as a natal chart and using the cards to craft powerful stories, this deck is your key to unlocking a magical world. Though accessible in its approach, this deck incorporates complex ideas into its structure. In the Major Arcana, you navigate the seven classical planets, three outer planets, and the twelve zodiac signs. The Minor Arcana is organized according to the thirty-six astrological decans, with each card reflecting a specific planet in sign combination. All of these celestial forces are personified through a mythological figure that embodies its nature, creating a pantheon of characters whose relationships mirror the deeper patterns explored in tarot readings. With the included guidebook, the relationship between each card and the mythological stories is explored with clarity and relevance. Enter the landscape of the stories of ancient Greece and shape your own myths with Tarot Pantheon!
